<h1>Our core competence - wood bending! </h1>
<h2>Since more then seventy years we are specialists for wood bending with steam. </h2>
<p>The application range of our products goes from curved handrails, solid wooden edges for quality furniture to rings for drums, curved tool handles and outlandish specials. </p>
<p>What is possible? </p>
<ul>
<li>Workpieces up to a length of 4.5 metres can be bent. Holzbank diverse Bogenteile Bending a radius from 2,5cm (1Inch) is possible. But in general: The greater the radius, the better the result. By circumnavigating the desired outline, we achieve millimetre accuracy. The curved wood can be finished commonly. There is hardly a tension, which may have a negative affect. Our bending products have the same wooden characteristics as raw wood. Even with aging or humidity the pieces stay in their given shapes. There are remaining the characteristics of shrinkage and moisture expansion of course. </li>

<p>What is not possible? </p>
<ul>
<li>Working steps such as trueing, hemming and grooving before bending is only possible in rare cases. Especially in case of narrow radii the wood will deforme too much during the bending procedure.</li>
